- Bachelor's degree in surveying, real estate, finance, or a related field.

- Professional surveying or valuation license or certification in Hong Kong.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in property inspections, valuations, and market analysis.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient in preparing comprehensive valuation reports from inception to completion.

- Knowledge in land administration and practice in Hong Kong.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
