In early 2022, we advised on the leasing of a retail premises at Ship Street in Wan Chai, an area known for its vibrant dining destinations and eclectic hangout spots.

Although the economy and people's livelihood have been under immense pressure in the previous months as the rapid worsening of the 5th wave of the epidemic, coupled with further tightening of various restrictive measures, led to drastic fall in people flow and seriously dampened consumer and economic sentiments, we were still able to assist the landlord and tenant to reach an agreement.

The shop is now operating as a popular Spanish tapas and wine bar led by the previous Executive Chef from the Murray Hotel.
