Our firm was engaged by the owner of a commercial building in Kwun Tong to act as an independent third party to evaluate the tender submissions from property management companies.

Our scope of work included monitoring the tender openings, recording the details of the received submissions, and preparing a comprehensive report based on the gathered documentation. This evaluation report analysed the backgrounds of the tenderers and their service fee proposals in accordance with a predetermined marking scheme.

In addition to evaluating the tender submissions of property management companies, we have expertise in assessing proposals from other property service providers on behalf of property owners.
